Cardio HITT

A cardio focused session designed to build a strong aerobic foundation and burn tones of calories in the process. In this you will combine the use of cardio machines with functional movements and explosive exercises to push you into the fat burning zone.
Body Conditioning
A resistance and explosive movement based workout focusing on combining the best of strength, speed, power. You will be flipping tyres throwing slam balls and pumping some iron. Be prepared to get hot and sweaty as we test your muscle endurance and aerobic threshold.

Resistance training is essential for building muscle mass and bone density. This class will be a combination of cardio and resistance training, working your whole body in a functional way, to help you increase muscle mass, in turn, burning more calories throughout the day and giving you a more defined and leaner physique.
