Cardio HITT

A cardio focused session designed to build a strong aerobic foundation and burn tones of calories in the process. In this you will combine the use of cardio machines with functional movements and explosive exercises to push you into the fat burning zone.
Body Conditioning
A resistance and explosive movement based workout focusing on combining the best of strength, speed, power. You will be flipping tyres throwing slam balls and pumping some iron. Be prepared to get hot and sweaty as we test your muscle endurance and aerobic threshold.
Resistance Strength
Resistance class sounds simple right… don’t let that fool you. The goal of this class is to get you activate fast twitch muscle fibres using weights and resistance training, getting you lifting heavier and moving faster. The end result stronger, lean muscle mass with more explosive power. You will be burning calories long after the workout ends.
