1) This Direct Debit Request Service Agreement sets out the terms on which you have authorised us, the RPT Studio Ltd, to arrange for payment of amounts that become payable on account to be made by deductions from your bank account, or by charging your debit/credit card, at your financial institution (Direct Debit Request).

2) Your Direct Debit/card payment Request authorises us to arrange for payment of the amounts due to the RPT Studio Ltd for the services we provide to you, at the due date of your bill(s) or another date as agreed between us. This authorisation also enables any changes in those amounts and payment times, to occur automatically – you will not need to complete a new form. Any new contracted services added to your RPT Studio Ltd account will be subject to the existing Direct Debit Request arrangements.

3) Invoicing of your RPT Studio Ltd services is done on a monthly basis, with payment dates being based on your starting date. Recurring Services are charged 1 month in advance.

4) Your agreement must be agreed to, set up, and approved at least 5 working days in advance before your start date. If less time is given, then any future payment dates may need to be amended to ensure that payment is still made every 1 month from your start date

5) RPT Studio Ltd reserves the right to change any of the benefits offered with the direct debit agreements. In the event of any changes being made, we will notify you by email.

6) RPT Studio Ltd can cancel or amend this Agreement at any time after giving you 7 days notice of the changes.

7) If a debit from your nominated bank account or a charge to your nominated credit card is unsuccessful we will attempt to debit again twice. If still unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment.

8) You must notify the RPT Studio Ltd if the nominated account is transferred or closed.

9) If you are paying by direct debit/card payment from a bank account, please ensure that your financial institution allows direct debits on your nominated account.

10) If any bank fees are incurred by the RPT studio Ltd from a dishonoured direct debit, these fees may be passed on to you.

12) The RPT Studio Ltd employs the policy of treating all records and account details relating to this Direct Debit/card payments Request as Private. We will keep information about your bank account confidential, except to the extent necessary to administer your direct debit arrangements. If a claim is made on our financial institution in relation to an alleged incorrect or wrongful debit, we may be required to disclose this information to our financial institution.

Membership Terms and Conditions


1) Full payment must be made before, or on, the first day that I attend my RPT session (Before my first session).

2) RPT Studio Ltd cannot refund or transfer any sessions that have been missed.

(Any cancellations will have to be rearranged for the same week, otherwise the session will count as attended. The RPT Studio Ltd does not guarantee that alternative appointments can be made during the same week, due to scheduling conflicts that may arise or no spaces being available.

3) As the RPT Studio Ltd will be allocating clients their own time slots, I understand that I must ensure that I make all efforts to attend the slot allocated to me.

4) If a cancellation is from the RPT Studio LTD, and I cannot rearrange for the same week, then the RPT studio Ltd will add any missed sessions to the end of my current membership. (No missed or cancelled appointments can be transferred to the period after the agreement has ended, unless otherwise stated by the RPT Studio Ltd).

5) The RPT Studio Ltd cannot refund or transfer sessions that have been missed due to illness. (Illnesses can be taken into account if serious circumstances have stopped you from attending your training sessions. The RPT studio Ltd will require that a doctor’s note is provided as evidence).

6) Once the details of my transaction have been agreed by both parties, such as how many sessions I have committed to, I will not be able to change the terms of my membership (unless agreed otherwise by the RPT studio Ltd).

7) The RPT Studio Ltd are unable to offer any refunds on any of their services, once the purchase has been agreed to and confirmed.

8) In the event that the RPT Studio Ltd has agreed that there will not be a charge for the missed sessions due to qualifying mitigating circumstances, the RPT studio Ltd will extend my membership to cover these missed sessions. For example, if I miss 2 weeks of sessions, and the RPT Studio Ltd have agreed that no charge is necessary, then the sessions will be added to the end of my current membership.

9) I must notify the RPT studio LTD before my first session of any injuries that I have that may/will affect my ability to perform any exercise in the classes (This must also be stated on the health questionnaire which must be completed before starting any exercise program with the RPT studio LTD).

9.1) I must notify the RPT trainer who is instructing/leading the class of any new injuries I have before taking part in that, or any other, class. Failure to notify the trainer of any new injuries may result in further injury, which the RPT studio will accept no responsibility for.

9.2) If I have let the trainer know about any particular injury/problem that I am having, they may recommend suitable alternative exercises for me to do in place of others that may not be suitable for me to do at the moment. Whether I decide to take advantage of this advice/help is up to me. If I choose to perform the exercises that I have been advised against performing by the RPT Studio LTD trainer, then the RPT Studio LTD accepts no responsibility for any further injury caused

9.3) That during the session the instructors are unable to offer individualised and specialised advice for any particular problems/injuries. If I feel that I need expert help, then I will seek external help outside of the classes by either booking in for 1 to 1 personal training sessions, or by visiting a suitable healthcare professional elsewhere.

10) RPT Studio Ltd reserves the right to cancel this membership if deemed necessary. (see direct debit terms and condition below for more details)

11) I must ensure that I have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated bank account (if you are paying by card/bank transfer from your bank account) or that I have sufficient credit available in the nominated credit card (if you are paying by credit card).

(If you cancel, vary, defer or suspend your direct debit arrangements, or stop or suspend an individual debit from taking place, you must arrange with RPT Studio a suitable alternative payment method for all outstanding fees due, within a 7 day period. Failure to do this, or failure to pay the cancellation fee as detailed above if you wish to cancel your membership, will result in interest being added to the final amount payable and/or legal action being taken against you. Any added interest will be calculated daily at 8% over the base rate and will be added to any outstanding amount).

12) In the unlikely event that my Trainer is unable to continue my training for whatever reason, I understand that the RPT studio reserves the right to transfer my remaining sessions to a different trainer.

13) I understand that the results of any training program/course cannot be guaranteed and that my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions. In particular, I acknowledge that individual results may vary and no particular result is guaranteed by either my Trainer or by the RPT studio.

14) I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a fitness program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain an injury while participating in my program, I will inform my Trainer directly and will also inform the RPT Studio on 07973435366 immediately. I understand that I must communicate with my trainer directly as soon as possible if I feel that any exercise or activity that I have been asked to perform will put me at any risk.

15) If I wish to cancel any memberships with the RPT Studio Ltd, then I understand that I will have to pay the remainder of the outstanding membership, after your initial 12 week commitment you continue your membership you will enter a 30 day notice period to cancel any future payments. Any cancellation made within the 30 day notice period will not be refunded. (If you cancel, vary, defer or suspend your direct debit arrangements, or stop or suspend an individual debit from taking place, you must arrange with RPT Studio a suitable alternative payment method for all outstanding fees due, within a 7 day period. Failure to do this, or failure to pay the cancellation fees detailed above if you wish to cancel your membership, will result in interest being added to the final amount payable and/or legal action being taken against you. Any added interest will be calculated daily at 8% over the base rate and will be added to any outstanding amount).

16) Cancellation Policy

At RPT Studio, we understand that schedules can change. However, to maintain the quality of service and ensure fair access to our training sessions, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your personal training or small group training session within 24 hours of its scheduled time, a full charge will apply. We will make every effort to reschedule your session if you cannot attend, subject to availability.

17) Membership and Holiday Policy

Memberships at RPT Studio are comprehensive, providing more than just session access. Your membership includes ongoing support, access to our exclusive app, direct messaging services, custom programming, member-only groups, and regular access to InBody assessments. We do not pause memberships for holidays; however, we offer flexibility to make up missed sessions depending on your membership package.

Please note, RPT Studio may close on designated bank holidays or during the Christmas period. During these times, your membership will remain active, and we will continue to provide support through our various digital platforms.

18) Media Consent

During your sessions at RPT Studio, we may take photographs or video recordings for marketing purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you grant us permission to use these images and videos on our social media platforms and website. If you are dissatisfied with any published photo or video in which you appear, please contact us at [email protected] to express your concerns.

19) Health and Safety Declaration:

I acknowledge that participating in physical exercise can involve risk of injury. By agreeing to these terms, I declare that I am aware of and accept these risks. I affirm that I am capable of participating in the physical activities offered by RPT Studio. I have either consulted with a physician and received approval to participate, or have decided to participate without seeking medical advice and hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in activities at RPT Studio.

20) Client declaration:

I herby declare that I have read, agreed to, and fully understand all of the terms and conditions provided above and that I freely and willingly enter into this membership agreement with the RPT Studio Ltd. As well as all of the above, I certify that my answers to the questions outlined in my Pre-Activity Questionnaire form (Par Q) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my Trainer and the RPT Studio of any conditions or changes to my health, now and ongoing, which may affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk and injury.
