Our RPT bootcamps are designed for efficiency and they are designed for achieving results. Too many people go the gym, do the same workouts every day, and never really progress. Our classes hit your weight loss journey from all angles. We use tried, tested, and proven systems in our classes that are designed specifically for weight loss and for body transformations. Couple that with varied and challenging workouts, full nutritional support, and health assessments, your fat won’t know what’s hit it!

Not only will the classes be set up to ensure your success, we will also be there to coach you every step of the way to ensure that you break through any barriers that you have. Outdoor Boot Camp

With our Army background, people think all we do is shout and order people around, however once you’ve experienced a RPT class it’s clear that we are just providing effective communication and motivation to make sure all our members are doing things safely and effectively.

RPT Instructors have an absolute love and passion for fitness. You can be sure that whatever crazy exercise we get you to do we have tried it ourselves, and we are fully qualified and insured.
Although this is a group class and not a personal training 1 to 1, our attention to detail and clear instruction of correct techniques will have you at times feeling like it is.

There are many different types of exercises and movements out there, but if you’re not doing them correctly you’re cheating yourself and in turn will take you longer to achieve your goals, but also you could be risking the chance of getting an injury which, let’s face it, is no good to anyone and will set you back even further.

Throughout the session your instructor will be keeping a close eye on you. If you are doing anything incorrectly you will be shown the correct Technique which will help you to get the best possible workout and you’ll feel like you have a personal trainer right with you.

Whatever the exercise you may be doing the main focus will always be TECHNIQUE, regardless of the repetitions. We aim for quality over quantity and if at any point you don’t understand, just ask.

At the same time as getting a fantastic workout you will also be making new friends with the many teamwork exercises we will get you to do.
