Our 4 week body blitz course is designed to encourage some incredible body transformations; no excuses or gimmicks to be found here!

Combining a wide range of classes, with full nutritional guidance, health assessments, and full support, you will have all of the tools needed for a great body transformation!

Located on Stroud road at our private studio, the RPT studio is just what you have been looking for! The RPT studio is not just your typical gym. It’s a place where you can feel comfortable and welcome, allowing you to focus on the most important thing; YOU and YOUR training. Let’s get down to the details then. Firstly, let’s look at the classes that will be on offer during this 4 week program:

Body Blitz 4 Week Program Classes

Monday | 6:30 am / 6:30 pm / 7:30 pm – Calorie Burn

Monday night classes will focus on burning the most calories as possible. We will incorporate exercises, such as rowing intervals and jump squats, which are designed to raise your heart levels up to the point that the burning of fat is encouraged for energy.

Tuesday | 6:30 pm – Bootcamp class

A similar set up to that of the Monday classes. The main difference here is that this class is targeted more at beginners as the intensity is a little lower than Monday.

*Tuesday | 7:30 pm – Ladies resistance class

The Tuesday night class focuses on workouts based around resistance training, which involves lifting weights to promote the developments of lean muscle tissue (Don’t panic, this is a great thing ladies!).

Resistance training has been scientifically proven to better aid in weight loss than aerobic training so is vital in any successful long term weight loss program!

*An induction will need to take place before being able to join this class

Wednesday | 6:30 am / 6:30 pm / 7:30 pm – Free Weights for Toning

Wednesday night classes will be focusing on the use of free weights with the aim of body conditioning and lean muscle development (great for weight loss!).

The range of exercises will differ from Monday sessions, and will incorporate more weight bearing exercises such as barbell curls, kettlebell swings, and press ups.

Wednesday | 6:30 pm – Advanced Boxing Conditioning

Thursday | 6:00 pm – Bootcamp Class

A similar set up to that of the Wednesday free weights classes. The main difference here is that this class is targeted more at beginners as the intensity is a little lower than Wednesday.

Friday | 6:30 am / 6:00 pm / 7:00 pm – Boxing and Abs

Friday classes will be based around boxing, with focus also aimed at incorporating core work. The class will incorporate the use of boxing pad work ranging from power hitting exercises to agility based exercises. The use of punch bags will also feature during the classes, with these type of exercises not only being great for fitness levels and fat burning, but also great for stress relief!

With the core work, there will be a variety of different exercises available to us to implement, including sit ups, ab cycles, fit ball based exercises, and leg raises.

Depending on which package you go ahead with (details below), you will have access to this wide variety of different classes each week. (All classes will need to be booked in advance and spaces will be subject to a first come first serve basis)

EXTRA SUPPORT EXPLAINED!

Nutrition

If you want to achieve some great results (which is exactly what we want!), then nutrition is a key aspect to get right.

Now at the RPT studio we believe in eating food to lose weight! What??!? You don’t want us to cut out all enjoyable foods and starve ourselves all day?

No! Quite the opposite actually. We want you eating well balanced, nutritional meals, which you enjoy, regularly throughout the day. This will involve you eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 2 snacks placed at times throughout the day.

What should I eat though?! We will provide you with meal plans to take the guesswork out! You can then focus on what’s really important; achieving some great results!

That is why for every package that we are offering, we are including nutritional help and support to help you on your journey.

Health assessments

As part of your package, we will also be providing health assessments. Health assessments are a great way for you to track your progress and see how the 4 week body blitz has benefitted you. The assessments are simple tape measurements of key areas of the body; such as your hips, arms and legs. The more advanced testing will include full body fat measuring.

These tests are a great indicator of how you have progressed over the 4 weeks, especially when the number on the scales may not correctly reflect how you are feeling/looking.

Health assessments will be taken at the start, and at the end, of the 4 week course. This will allow us to see how the program has positively affected you, and how we should progress you forward.
